I want to refund tickets, but how do I apply for the refund? Accupass understands those who like participating activities will concern about the methods of use in tickets before they sign up to order activity tickets. They also want to know if they can’t participate in activity, how do they manage their tickets?

1. After I have applied for refund, can I cancel the application?
Whether paid tickets or free tickets, after you submit the application for refund, your quota will be released. If you still want to attend the events, please register the event again.
2. Can I apply for the refund by using Accupass App?
Accupass App is just for orders confirmation. If you want to apply for refund tickets, please log in Accupass website to for the process by a computer or a phone.
3. Process of tickets refund:
If you cancel paid tickets after you have submitted the application for refund, Accupass customer service center will carry out the following refund procedure for you. For example, we will arrange your application to '' waiting for resund '' list in 3 working days if your account details are correct. In addition, we will finish the refund in 15 working days, and the status of the tickets will display '' refunded '', please inquire your bank account according to your bank’s working days.
4. How should I know that can I refund tickets for the registered event?
The refund has to follow the rule according to the refund policy displayed on the ticket purchasing page. Before you purchase tickets, please read the event page and confirm the notices about the refund first, and then order tickets according to your preference.
5. Is there any reminders for the refund of group or package tickets?
Partial ticket types come with special rules such as, fixed amount of tickets for group tickets. Accupass provides explanation for items of refund、refund quantity according to ticket types.
6. There are some reasons for the failure of refund applications：
The possible reason including, the event does not accept amy refund policy (shown on the event page), the organizer provide the refund service by themselves, the application has been submitted, miss the available time for the refund, or the ticket has been used.

Tickets buyers have already applied the refund:
Paid tickets should be inquired in the '' Record of cancelled tickets '' list.
Free tickets should be inquired in the '' Canceled '' list.
Tickets buyers don’t submit their applications before the deadline.
The deadline of the refund for paid tickets: You should submit application in 8 days before the event starts.
The deadline of the refund for free tickets: You should submit application in a day before the event starts.
Tickets buyers have verified the tickets:
Your tickets were used in the events, or the organizers have verified the tickets for you.
