How do the users refund tickets and money?
The refund policy has to follow the rules showed on the event pages. If organizers authorizes Accupass for the refund procedure, please log in the Accupass website for the refund before the deadline.
The deadline of paid tickets: You should submit the application in 8 days before the event starts.
The deadline of free tickets: You should submit the application in 1 days before the event starts.
The deadline of the refund application:
Take the following picture as an example. The picture shows the schedule of December in 2018. If the event starts on the December 11th, attendees have to log in Accupass website to apply for the refund before the December 4th at 23:59. 8 days before the start times include holidays.
The methods of the refund application:
Step 1: You can go to Accupass homepage to click the top right button '' log in '', and enter your account numbers and passwords for the next step.
Step 2: You can click on the button '' My tickets '' to confirm your tickets information, and the button is on the droplist which is on the top right.
Step 3: Cancelling free tickets is different from paid tickets, you can know more in the following terms:
On the page '' My tickets '' will display the name of events and the quantities of tickets which you have ordered. If you click on the button '' order details'' which is on the right side of the name of activities, you can inquire your ordered detail.
Choose tickets in need of the refund and click on the item '' Cancel the tickets ''
The screen will jump to an explanation information. After you read information about refunding tickets, please refund tickets according to the steps. If '' Refund tickets number ''、 '' Refund status '' show '' Processing '', you can check whether your orders are listed on the '' record of refunding tickets '' in '' My tickets ''. If it appears, it means that you have already refunded tickets successfully.
We will send you a text message as a reminder after the order has completed the refund. Please log in Accupass and go to '' My tickets '' for checking the status. If you haven’t set up the account and the password, please enter your email for registration and set up your passwords.
On the page '' My tickets '' will display the name of event and the quantities of tickets which you ordered. If you click on the button '' detail '' which is on the right side of the name of events, you can confirm your order details. Click “Cancel the tickets”
The screen will show the reminder： After your confirmation, your ticket will be released and you will need to reregister. After click '' Sent '' your tickets status will reveal on cancelled list.
